If this were a different show, say "Doctor Woke", then the episode would be passable entertainment. There is enough there to make me want to see what comes next. The show has potential.
However, it has gone so far off the rails that the more traditional Doctor Who fans aren't going to like it. This show has been around for 60 years, and the current iteration feels nothing like Doctor Who.
In my previous post, I said that they really are going to have to sell me on this one, but I hope they do.
The 60th anniversary special had the Doctor battle the Toymaker, who could create a kind of artificial reality. I want this to be a bad dream created by the Toymaker.
