Star Trek Discovery remains interesting, but it never feels great and that is my problem with it. The new season gives it much room to grow, but every single episode feels like it is just okay and nothing more. It seems to me that there are artistic choices that feel a little bit preachy and push an agenda, and consequently are a little bit dull.
