What started out as barely interesting failed to deliver. This is too dated and boring as all get out. It is an old BBC show, which should tell you something. I only rented this because I saw some favorable comments online. How scary are walking plants anyway? If a plant can walk and sting you, doesn't that make it an animal?
I suggest renting The Walking Dead, which is gruesome but amazingly good, or 28 Days Later, Shaun of the Dead, Zombie Land, I am Legend, or Dawn of the Dead (1978), all of which are very good.
